Pastalgia Productions was created in January 2024 by Connor Schiebsted, Juniper Adams, Melina Her, Grace Williams and Luna Yang to bring Space Cadets: Comic Cookbook the anime opening to life! With the Original story created by Connor Schiesbsted, here you can find all the behind the scenes work and meet all the artists a part of this anime opening inspired project.

THE STORY
A space fantasy anthology series where the main cast, the "Space Cadets," travels across the galaxy looking for balanced and sustainable recipes to fuel their wacky sci-fi shenanigans. They live in the Saccharine Star System, where there's plenty of food to go around, but most of it will probably give you cavities.

Even when they aren't on the clock, they always seem to get wrapped up in Wacky Schemes for Limon's food blog "Zesty Tips." This soft-drink inspired rougues gallery is a love letter to classic science fiction, anime, video games, and of course cartoons.

The format of Cosmic Cookbook is episodic in nature, breaking each episode into 11-minute segments, but carrying on an over-arching storyline.
